一、外籍教师聘用条件
1．具有良好的职业道德素养，遵守中国的法律、法规和学院的各项规章制度；教书育人，为人师表，愿为玉溪师范学院的教学和科研服务；

2．年龄不超过55周岁，身体健康，无犯罪记录，具有从事其工作所必需的专业技能或相适应的知识水平。

3.来自母语国家并具有大学学士以上学位和5年以上相关工作经验。拟从事教学工作的外国人，具备以下条件之一的，可免除工作经历要求：
（1）取得国籍国教师资格证书；
（2）取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书；
（3）获得博士学位；
（4）拥有教育类、语言类或师范类学士及以上学位。
（5）在中国境内高校取得学士学位的应届优秀外国留学生（以毕业学校出具的优秀鉴定为依据）,取得硕士及以上学位的应届外国留学生；
（6）在高水平大学（以外国人来华工作管理服务系统首页《世界大学排名前500的大学名单》为准）取得学士及以上学位的外籍毕业生，以及在国（境）外大学获得博士学位的外籍毕业生。

二、外籍教师薪酬
专家薪酬按月支付，不满一个月的，按在校实际工作学时数发放。
10000-12000元人民币：具有学士学位并有两年以上工作经验的国外院校外籍教师，或具有3年以上教学经验的其他教育机构聘请的外籍教师。

I. Employment conditions for foreign teachers

2. be no older than 55 years old, be in good health, have no criminal record, and have the necessary professional skills or appropriate level of knowledge to perform their job.

3. be from a native-speaking country and have a university degree or higher and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Foreigners who intend to engage in teaching work may be exempted from the work experience requirement if they have one of the following conditions.
(1) Obtain a teaching certificate from the country of nationality.
(2) Obtained a certificate in international language teaching that meets the requirements.
(3) Obtained a doctorate degree.
(4) Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education, language or teacher training
(5) Fresh foreign students who have obtained a bachelor's degree from a university in China (based on the excellent appraisal issued by the graduation school), or fresh foreign students who have obtained a master's degree or above.
(6) Foreign graduates with bachelor's degree or above from high-level universities (based on the list of the top 500 universities in the world on the home page of the foreigner work in China management service system) and foreign graduates with doctoral degrees from universities in China or abroad.

II. Salary of foreign teachers
Experts' salary is paid monthly, and if it is less than one month, it is paid according to the actual number of working hours in school.
RMB 10,000-12,000: Foreign teachers from foreign institutions with a bachelor's degree and more than two years of work experience, or foreign teachers hired by other educational institutions with more than three years of teaching experience.
