Reporting Instructions

Visa:

The school will send an acceptance letter, issue a COE and other related visa processing documents. (Please inform the school in person after consulting the local Thai Embassy in China for the specific type of documents)
Prepare all visa documents and go to the Thai Embassy to apply for a student visa (non-immigrant ED visa)

In general, this type of visa (non-immigrant ED visa) is valid for three months from the time of entry.

Please pay attention to calculate the time after entering the country and go to the school registrar's office for the renewal documents in time at least one month before the expiration date.

Re-renewal visas are valid for one year and require a 90-day check-in at the immigration office every 90 days (also available by mail or online).

All overstays will be subject to fines by the Immigration Office, which will be accumulated in the amount of 500 baht per day.

Upon arrival in Thailand, students can pick up their student card at the registrar's office with the guidance of their fellow teachers.

Application forms and documents required for visa renewal are available at the school registrar's office. Submit the application form and required documents and wait for the documents to be issued and then go to the immigration office to renew your visa.

Epidemic Prevention and Control:

During the epidemic period, students going to Thailand should be sure to take care of their protection during the road trip by wearing masks and protective clothing, bringing alcohol and disinfectant wipes, and following the specific requirements of the Thai policy for entry and quarantine.

Daily necessities:

  • Cell phone, charger, headphones, mobile power, U disk, conversion plug, plug and row, etc.
  • Towels, bath towels, bedding, sheets, mats, etc.
  • Stationery, pens, sewing kits, umbrellas, etc.
  • Common medicines, band-aids, anti-diarrhea medicine, trauma medicine, cold medicine, anti-stroke medicine, etc.
  • Cash, bank cards, some ID photos

(It is not convenient to bring too much luggage abroad, so you can go to the mall to buy all the missing necessities after arriving in Thailand.)

Fraud prevention tips:

  • Beware of impersonating a receptionist and stealing your luggage. Be wary of overly enthusiastic strangers and do not leave your luggage out of sight easily.
  • Beware of impersonating teachers or seniors on social networks and charging various fees. Get acquainted with teachers and student leaders as soon as possible after admission, and verify when you encounter fee notices.
  • Beware of social networks that promote items related to new students, such as low-cost phone cards, bank cards, rentals, travel, etc. Buy things through regular channels and regular places.
  • Beware of scams on social networks such as "identity theft" and fraudulent recruitment of part-time jobs to obtain deposits and deposits.
