为更好的弘扬中国文化，推广全球汉语学习，培养更多适应国际化的国际中文教师人才，云南中翰教育信息咨询有限公司与暹罗大学经友好协商，决定联合开展国际中文教师专业能力证书项目的培训及考试。云南中翰教育作为国际中文教师协会授权唯一合作单位，全面负责国际中文教师项目的培训指导和考试服务工作。

In order to better promote Chinese culture, promote global Chinese learning, and cultivate more international Chinese teachers who can adapt to internationalization, Yunnan Zhonghan Education Co Ltd. and Siam University, through friendly consultation, decide to jointly carry out the training and examination of the International Chinese Language Teacher Professional Competency Certificate Program. Yunnan Zhonghan Education Co Ltd., as the sole authorized partner of the International Chinese Language Teachers Association, is responsible for the training and examination services of the International Chinese Language Teachers Program.
