On October 9, 2022, the Chinese students of Siam University International College had a unique outreach activity - a visit to a Thai real estate company. The college is committed to "cultivating a complex talent with knowledge and management skills". We hope to provide more opportunities for students to participate in social practice and exchange through visits.
此次是由本科投资管理课程的老师带领同学们，于早上九点聚集到学校花园乘坐大巴前往目的地。此次目的地有碧桂园、Regent Home和天辰公司在泰国的三处房产楼盘。在车上，师生一行气氛活跃，欢声笑语，来到了目的地。在参访过程中，老师和企业的工作人员为同学们介绍了他们各自企业在泰国的发展和投资情况，为同学们进行了生动、实际的知识传授，并不只局限在课堂中的理论知识里。
The students were led by the teachers of the undergraduate investment management course to the school garden at 9:00 am to take the bus to their destination. The destinations were Cinnamon Garden, Regent Home and three property developments of Tien Chen Company in Thailand. On the bus, the teachers and students arrived at the destination with a lively atmosphere and laughter. During the visit, the teachers and staff of the companies introduced the development and investment of their respective companies in Thailand, and provided the students with a vivid and practical knowledge transfer, not only limited to the theoretical knowledge in the classroom.
此次参访活动不仅夯实了留学生们平时在校的理论学习基础，更为日后学习及与企业进一步交流合作开启新篇章。
The visit not only strengthened the theoretical learning foundation of international students in school, but also opened a new chapter for future study and further communication and cooperation with enterprises.
