1. Provide excellent customer service by performing front-line IT help-desk support and systems maintenance.
2. Address a variety of internal and external customer inquiries according to department guidelines.
3. Create, update, close, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
4. Install, repair, replace, remove, and configure hardware and software components.
5. Perform tests and evaluations of new software and hardware upon direction.
6. Assist with the training and education of staff and relevant stakeholders on IT & Compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
7. Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry and maintenance of records such as IT project documents, user instructions, and incident reports.
8. Meet minimum requirements and keep up with the average worker on your team.
9. Demonstrate knowledge in proper and safe operation of all company issued tools and equipment.
10. Safeguard company property and IT systems.
11. Maintain the confidentiality of user and customer information and data.

职位2：电气/电子工程师
1. 在电源设计、物联网、嵌入式系统、射频通信和相关领域有经验。

Position 2: Electrical/Electronics Engineer
1. Experience in power supplies design, IOT, embedded system, RF communication and related areas.
