请注意，乘坐6月22号包机的同学和相近时间来到泰国的同学现在要开始准备自己的续签材料了(注：国内大使馆办理的学生签时间从入境日算起90天到期，所以也请非乘坐包机来泰国的学生注意自己的时间，在到期前45天左右开始准备自己的续签材料)，请在1个月内准备好以下续签材料：

1.护照首页复印件（2份）
2.护照上所有带有泰国印章的页面复印件（2份）
3.电子签证页复印件（2份），如持有入境卡的同学同时准备入境卡复印件（2份）
4.成绩单原件一份，复印件一份（原件在12栋1楼注册部申请，费用10铢）
5.学费收据复印件（2份）
6.学生卡复印件（2份）
7.前置学历毕业证和成绩单中英文公证书（带双认证）复印件（2份）(如本科学生需提供高中学历)
8.自己的租房合同复印件（2份）

请以上材料准备好的同学，来12栋5楼办公室找张老师领取续签申请表，有续签相关的问题可在领表时询问。

3. DEPARTURE CARD (2 SETS)
4. UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT (REGISTRATION OFFICE) (1 ORIGINAL, 1 COPY)
5. TUITION RECEIPT (2 SETS)
6. STUDENT I.D CARD (2 SETS)
7. CERTIFICATE, DEGREE OR TRANSCRIPT (2 SETS)
8. RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT OR ABBOT CERTIFICATION LETTER (2 SETS)

Please come to the office on the 5th floor of the 12th building to see Ms. Zhang to pick up the renewal application form if the above documents are ready.

Note: The student visa processed by the domestic embassy expires 90 days from the date of entry, so please also pay attention to your time if you are not coming to Thailand on a charter flight and start preparing your own renewal documents about 45 days before the expiration date.
