In the afternoon of November 4, the opening ceremony of the 16th Bangkok Chinese Film Festival, jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Thailand and the Ministry of Culture of Thailand, and co-organized by the Chinese Cultural Center in Bangkok and the Film Archive of China and Thailand, was successfully held in Thailand. Chinese Ambassador to Thailand H.E.Han Zhiqiang, Thai Minister of Culture H.E. Itthiphol and Chairman of Thai-Chinese Cultural Promotion Committee H.E. Phini attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The Cultural Counselor of the Embassy, Ms. Chang Yumeng, and the Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Bangkok, Mr. Que Xiaohua, accompanied the opening ceremony.
暹罗大学应中国文化中心的邀请，暹罗大学校长蓬猜博士作为嘉宾出席此次开幕式，并且共100名中国留学生以及泰国学生一同乘大巴前往观礼和观影。同学们表示非常开心参加此次活动，很期待观看当天的电影《一点就到家》。
At the invitation of the Chinese Cultural Center, Siam University President Dr. Pornchai attended the opening ceremony as guest of honor, and a total of 100 Chinese students and Thai students went to watch the film by bus. The students said they were very happy to attend the event and were looking forward to watching the movie "A Little Bit of Home".
活动当天结束后，曼谷中国文化中心周到的为暹罗大学的学生们准备了美味的晚饭。文化中心将会在本月27日将“影画新时代·中国电影海报展”转移到暹罗大学19号楼1楼展厅继续展出1个月，欢迎同学们观展。
After the event, the Chinese Cultural Center in Bangkok thoughtfully prepared a delicious dinner for the Siam University students. On the 27th of this month, the Cultural Center will move the "New Era of Film and Painting - Chinese Film Poster Exhibition" to the exhibition hall on the 1st floor of Building 19 of Siam University for another month.
